Berry Berry Healthy

Berries have been known as nature’s little dynamos for centuries. They are packed with a multitude of nutrients and phytonutrients.  The words “berry” (basi) and “to vaccine” (vaccinium) are very closely related (in Latin). To vaccinate, in the traditional Latin sense, is to inoculate for the prevention of dis-ease with the use of berries. ( See Farmacist Desk Reference, Encylopedia of Whole Food Medicine, Vo.II, p.195 by Don Tolman, 2005)
